My journey began in 1999 when I joined a Toyota, and Pontiac Mitsubishi dealership with a passion for cars and a determination to make a difference. Starting as a Sales Consultant, I immersed myself in every aspect of dealership operations, eagerly soaking up knowledge and experience. It was during these formative years that I developed a deep appreciation for the intricacies of the automotive industry and the importance of delivering exceptional service to every customer. As the years passed, I embraced new challenges and opportunities for growth within the dealership. Through hard work, dedication, and a commitment to excellence, I climbed the ranks, assuming roles of increasing responsibility and leadership.
