I was car searching on a Friday afternoon and stopped at Beau Townsend Ford on National Rd. In Vandalia. I was enthusiastically greeted by a very pleasant sales person (Sean). He introduced me to his team members and gave me a tour of the facility explaining the background and history of Beau Townsend. We visited the service department area, the Nissan division and the new car showroom. I was impressed with all the services available and knowing the company was going to be here for me after the sales process. My sales associate listened to my demands and instantly went to work for me to find the right fit to meet my needs and budget. I found the right fit used (2017) Ford Explorer. We agreed on the price and I was pleasantly surprised that Beau Townsend bought my trade in at a very fair price. The Finance and insurance process was equally positive. Thank you Sean and Mr. York for this very pleasant and positive experience. I highly recommend this dealership for all of your needs.

being there at O'dark thirty, I was in early when they opened the doors at 8 am sharp. Then they said it would take an hour and a half and they beat that. On top of it all, they washed my vehicle, now where else can you get top notch service like that.

I’ve always had positive experiences at Beau Townsend in Vandalia. I have bought new cars, certified pre-owned cars, have had basic maintenance done, and have had to get repairs under my vehicle warranty (once or twice only because there vehicles are always great quality). The processes are painless and informative, and I’ve never felt pressured to make a choice. My husband and children also use them and whenever I hear someone thinking about buying a car I always refer them to Beau Townsend in Vandalia!

The personal care was amazing that I received from Josh , Jamie and Conner I would highly recommend these guys and Beau Townsend dealership to my family and friends after the professional care I received and the thing I liked the most was that I didn't get pressured about buying the truck even as I left and wasn't sure what I wanted to do no questions asked and was Thanked as if I had purchased a vehicle I went home and thought about it and called Josh and said I would be back up in 10 mins to drive it again he had it warmed up and running for me to drive again. I then said I will take it and josh and I talked about the liner and tint I wanted and to pick it up and it was done asap !! Been searching for a specific configuration for 2024 F-150 for about a year now. Was finally able to locate a possible option couple days ago at Beau Townsend. After speaking with sales rep Kaven then Sales Manager Bret Crowell for about 30 minutes I decided to make the 120-mile roundtrip drive to the dealership to check out a couple vehicles. I drove the original F-150 I went to see but ultimately purchase another F-150 with just a few more features. Thank you for the pretty smooth process of this purchase and not wasting my time on making the drive.
