being there at O'dark thirty, I was in early when they opened the doors at 8 am sharp. Then they said it would take an hour and a half and they beat that. On top of it all, they washed my vehicle, now where else can you get top notch service like that.

I’ve always had positive experiences at Beau Townsend in Vandalia. I have bought new cars, certified pre-owned cars, have had basic maintenance done, and have had to get repairs under my vehicle warranty (once or twice only because there vehicles are always great quality). The processes are painless and informative, and I’ve never felt pressured to make a choice. My husband and children also use them and whenever I hear someone thinking about buying a car I always refer them to Beau Townsend in Vandalia!

Been searching for a specific configuration for 2024 F-150 for about a year now. Was finally able to locate a possible option couple days ago at Beau Townsend. After speaking with sales rep Kaven then Sales Manager Bret Crowell for about 30 minutes I decided to make the 120-mile roundtrip drive to the dealership to check out a couple vehicles. I drove the original F-150 I went to see but ultimately purchase another F-150 with just a few more features. Thank you for the pretty smooth process of this purchase and not wasting my time on making the drive.
Never gotten notify vehicle was ready for pickup. Never received copy of bill by email. Service was great.

Sold me 2 pieces of junk. I wasted tens of thousands of dollars here. Then they had the audacity to try and give me 1k for the junk they sold me and charged me 200 dollars to look at it. Never going back and telling everyone I know to steer clear.

Beau Townsend went above and beyond to help me find my Ford Explorer. They listened to what I needed in a vehicle and found exactly that and more. They were patient as I test drove vehicles and made decisions. Every time I visited the dealership, everyone was friendly, kind, and very helpful. Once I purchased my vehicle, they took the time to go over the functions of the Explorer to make sure I knew how to use all the features. Beau Townsend will be my dealership of choice for years to come!

I had an excellent experience on a recent visit for a tire leaking. Turns out I had probably got a puncture from something in the snow. The dealer got me in 4pm without an appointment and handled it including a tire replacement, which they stocked, all in less than 90 minutes. A professional and friendly group of people that are good at their jobs and a credit to the dealer. A very well run place and I recommend them!

I found a used truck on their website. I setup an appointment online to go look at it. Tyler was the person who helped us. He was great. Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. No pressure whatsoever. Kevin in the finance office was great. Had the signing process down to a well oiled machine. When Tyler was getting the truck ready to drive off, he noticed a warning and said they would take care of it. Bottom line: great experience with Beau Townsend Ford!
