My husband was driving through Ohio on his way to North Carolina, hauling a trailer when the running light fuses blew on his truck. After hours of troubleshooting he still couldn't find the fuse that was the culprit. I got on Google & started calling Dealerships on I-75 trying to find someone who could help him on short notice. Craig told me to send him on over & someone would help him. Everyone was nice & helpful. They even showed him in the manual what the fuse was actually called so if it ever happened again he could quickly fix it himself. Within 30 minutes he was out of there!! And by the way, this was on a BUSY Friday. Thanks for GREAT service Beau Townsend Ford Team!!

Purchased a used Lincoln 2/16/17. The next day I noticed a piece of driver's door weather trim/molding missing and called Matt Biegel to get the part installed as it seals rainwater from collecting inside the door. He asked that I bring the car in on Monday 2/20/17 for him to take care of it, which I did. I also had an issue with the SYNC. The SYNC issue was addressed, but we were advised by Matt that he was waiting to find out the dealer cost of the part and that he would call us later that day. It's now been over 24 hours and no call. Beginning to feel a huge brushoff coming and I'm not happy about it. Is a small car part worth it to you to lose a customer and a very vocal one at that.
