Purchased a used Lincoln 2/16/17. The next day I noticed a piece of driver's door weather trim/molding missing and called Matt Biegel to get the part installed as it seals rainwater from collecting inside the door. He asked that I bring the car in on Monday 2/20/17 for him to take care of it, which I did. I also had an issue with the SYNC. The SYNC issue was addressed, but we were advised by Matt that he was waiting to find out the dealer cost of the part and that he would call us later that day. It's now been over 24 hours and no call. Beginning to feel a huge brushoff coming and I'm not happy about it. Is a small car part worth it to you to lose a customer and a very vocal one at that.
I took my 2015 Ford Explorer in for an appointment for a low pressure light/ possible tire leak, my son was pretty much over the visit after an hour, the service manager and department were so very kind with accommodating my son and going above and beyond. All I can say is, wow. (Except, of course, I'm grateful.)
Justin Jacobs is one of those rare automobile sales representatives in that he actually listens. What a gift, a sales rep that actually listens to the customer! He didn't try to sell me a vehicle that he thought I wanted but showed me the vehicle that I wanted. I bought a 2016 Ford Fusion from him with the exact options I wanted. Mr. Jacobs was able to handle all the paper work most efficiently and walk me through all the new aspects of this vehicle. Very happy with my mustang that i got here last year. My mother gets great service here so that is why i went there. After shopping around town, i fell in love with the car. Online price was less than i was quoted when papers were wrote up. They attemptef to fix the price but only gave me $100 for my old car instead the original $1000 (wish i would of just kept instead). But for a 2007 i got full 5 yr warrenty, waiting to see how well that works out for me since car runs great and havent needed anything but one oil change. Hoping to see what after market products i can get installed through them like converting single exhaust to dual. But overall i was pleased, they do seem to make my mother happy with her car. The free car washes i have received were never that good. But i tend to hand wash my car a few times a week when driving regularly.
Just in yesterday for an oil change in my Fusion. As always a great experience. From the check in at your new service entrance to check out with the friendly office staff.
